Holy hems! It’s safe to say that right now in the denim world, pretty much anything goes. We are seeing bell bottoms back in a big way, while skinny jeans and straight legs are holding their own. Boyfriend jeans are still a thing, as are low rise, high rise and everything in between. Pretty much, you can’t go wrong with any fit or wash in your closet right now, but the more outrageous, the better.
Distressed? Yes. Deconstructed? Check. The language of denim has become quite sophisticated, and it sort of reminds me of a high maintenance Starbuck’s coffee order: A venti-half-caf-nonfat-soy-one pump-skinny-no foam latte, anyone? For example…

Deconstructed-fringe hem-feathered-cropped skinnies.
