Gift Guide #1: OUR Favorite Things!

Move over, Oprah!  One doesn’t have to be a billionaire influencer to have great taste and favorite things.  Our classy staffers are always trading tips and great products.  Here are a few of the “Boottique Babes” favorite things, perfect for gifting this holiday season.

Boottique’s newest employee, Kelly, raves about these multi-functional Bodum Pavina Glasses, $40/6. They keep really hot things really hot, and really cold things really cold.  Brilliant, yes? Kelly uses them to cozy up with her hot tea, but says they work well with wine or an iced beverage.

Our Creative Director, Wendy, owns an UGG Miranda Robe, $95, and says it’s a miracle she ever gets out of it and gets to the office.  So very comfortable, she says, and the perfect gift for ANY woman.

Bootttique’s office manager and resident gift-giver, Nicole, swears by these Capri Blue Candles $25 for gift giving.  Why?  The smell is divine, and she appreciates the simple, pattern-free glass jar that will fit into any room.  They are a staple at any Anthropologie store, where they are sold and almost always burning.

Our intern, Helena, turned us onto these aluminum Snapfish Medallion Photo Panels, $66.  You can turn any image or photograph into an interesting art installation.  The possibilities are endless. medallion-wall-panel-1140x1140-1-20150318

As for me, (Jenny), I have always loved all things paper.  Heavy cardstock makes me simply woozy with happiness.  Etsy retailer The Swoon Paper Co sells these beautiful, classic notecards ($39/40) that are equally as fun to gift as they are to mail.  Shopping small always feels good, too.

Last but not least, Boottique’s founder and CEO Lindsay Soko, is seriously crushing on these Zara Faux Fur Slides, $69.  With our mild Minnesota autumn, she has been able to extend their lifespan.   They wear like a slipper in terms of comfort, but are luxe enough to run errands and do a preschool run.  They look darling when Lindsay pairs them with denim.
