Attention modern design aficionados! Target has announced a partnership with modern design magazine Dwell. Debuting December 27, the Modern by Dwell collection will be available at Target stores and online – with most of the 120+ pieces ringing in under $100.
Focusing on mid-century design, it seems that this partnership could not be timed better. With millennials reaching their “nesting” phase, they crave modern, yet attainable design for their living spaces. Modern by Dwell will be a grown-up Ikea; and a within-reach Design Within Reach.
The collection will go beyond furniture to include rugs, lighting, accessories, outdoor, and more.
This launch converts Dwell from simply a magazine to a brand. Target will surely experience success with this partnership.
