Just because its autumn doesn’t mean that we can’t enjoy a beloved margarita anymore. Sub apple cider for lime juice, and a cinnamon-sugar rim in place of a salted rim.
Try this recipe to “fall-ify” this classic cocktail.
- Apple slices, for garnish
- 8 ounces gold tequila
- 8 ounces triple sec
- 40 ounces apple cider
- cinnamon sticks
- Combine cinnamon and sugar on a plate, run an apple segment around the edge of four glasses, and press cinnamon sugar mixture to coat the rim.
- Add ice, tequila, and triple sec in a pitcher. Top with apple cider and stir.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with a cinnamon stick.
