In collaboration with the Gold for Kids charity, the Missoni sisters, Margherita and Teresa Maccapani, designed characters to adorn tops, bags, and other accessories. Unless you happen to inhabit Italy, you won’t be able to buy any of the wares, which are sold at La Rinascente stores. However, you can still enjoy their visual creation, which helps raise awareness for the cause.
The illustrations on the items are comprised of the human body’s elements. The illustrations are meant to allude to the book, which is roughly translated as “The Kingdom of Organia” (by Chiara Segré), which explains to children how the human body works through a story.
