With bikini season just about over, the weather makes it easy for us to run straight for the biggest and coziest items in the closet. As much as we like to layer up, this is not an excuse to pack on extra pounds due to apple cider doughnuts, caramel apples, and pumpkin spice lattes. While these treats are tasty, delicious, and a necessary indulgences every once in a while, it must be balanced out with exercise. Just like those bikinis we tuck away until warmer days, so go the workout tank tops and running shorts with them. It’s time to break out the warmer athletic clothes to stay healthy and fashionable, of course. Time to get moving!
